About me

I am a result oriented pragmatic guy who strives for efficiency and simplicity who earned my master's degree in Information System Analysis at the University of Linköping.

I started my career as a trainee within IT at at one of the larges financial institutions in Northern Europe. Since then I have focused on Business Process Management and Enterprise Architecture. Within my current position I am business responsible for our Process & Robotics area with previous assignments as a Project Manager, Strategist & Business Architect, Business & System Analyst and Agile Coach.

Experiences

During my trainee year I participated in a corporate wide implementation of a common business process modelling tool and later was assigned maintenance responsible. Since then I have lead a team responsible for development, support and training of our business process modelling tool.

After finishing my trainee year I have also actively worked in projects mainly taking on the role as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. My assignment has varied from implementing new legislations to process development and internet banking.

Resent work involves establishing an open source API Management Platform and a Robotics Process Automation solution in a pragmatic way defining and implementing the strategy and target operating model as well as maintenance.

Business Process Management

During my education there was a lot of focus on business analysis with processes put in the centre. This has inspired my working career and guided me in making businesses more competitive by focusing on processes in general as well as process improvements and innovation.

Enterpise Architecture

In my professional career I have learnt that an analysis is not complete without addressing several aspects of a business. This has embraced my interest in Enterpriser Architecture. To create an agile enterprise requires a stable foundation for execution in which I believe EA can guide you on the journey.
